Ultimate Whale Sharks in the Sea of Cortez

Whale sharks!! Who doesn't want to swim with whale sharks, especially when there are lots of them in a deserted bay and national park deep into the reaches of the sea of cortez. Up to 220 friendly and curious whale sharks visit every season. This trip combines some of the best diving in the Sea of Cortez while keeping a sharp lookout for orcas, pilot whales, megapolis of dolphins, sperm and finback whales as well as going ashore on a desert island with the largest population of blue footed boobies in the world.

Nuba has a strong presence with a confident voice. Easy to communicate with and very approachable. Marcell is generous and always helpful to lend a hand and answer Qs. Both he and URI are excellent dive guides. Juan was fantastic to accommodate my food requests. The captain has a great sence of humor and very thoughtful to oír expectations..

All of the staff were incredible! Ophelia was extremely attentive to our diving needs; she started off by asking if there were any things we struggled with or were apprehensive about. She was very kind. Yann was also extremely helpful with a health issue we encountered and was very reassuring.
Honestly if I had all the time in the world I would write about all the staff. They really made the trip special.
