Captain’s Noon Reports – Mango Wind– 2023-06-08

Mango wind stayed in a nice bay of Bahia De Los Muertos, calm no waves an excellent view.

This morning guests got up at 5:20 am just to hear the mobulas belly slap contest. Everyone got excited and I suggested going and getting the Mobulas caffeine instead of the regular routine caffeine. They all agreed and away the panga left at 5.50 this morning and never came back till 1 hour later with more than smiles. Now yes, they were all hungry and Milly-style breakfast was on the table.

The stories started and they all said we did not get to see each other in the water as we were all having our own big school of mobulas to see. While having breakfast we got info about a gray whale so everyone hurried and got ready and away the panga went to see the whale. They were with it for like an hour or so with the solo whale.

Let’s see what is in store for us this afternoon. Spotted a plane around so hoping to see the orcas also.
