Captain’s Noon Reports – Mango Wind – 2023-09-14

Last night around 2:00am we had some strong winds between 14 to 16 knots, that lasted until 5:00 am then we had some remaining until 9:00am

Since our guests are a bit sensitive to sea sickness, we stayed on EnsenadaGrande´s Bay and had breakfast plus we also did a morning snorkel where they came out very excited because they saw a couple of stingrays, moray eels and reef fish. Visibility of 17ft and temperature of 82in the water

Around 9:30 we started moving to our next bay to do the first dive of the day. Juan and I decided to anchor in Corralito which is a shallow dive and some coral and fish for our guests to enjoy. After finishing the underwater skills, visibility and temperature are pretty much the same.

After this dive we will be heading towards Swanee for the last day of the trip. In case we encounter strong current on Swanee our plan B is to anchor at Merito bay and dive SanRaphalito.

we will be spending the night at Merito or Zorrillito which is the bay between Merito and Pichilingue.

It is a beautiful sunny day to be out and having fun
