Emotional Thrill of a Lifetime

Captain’s Noon Reports – Mango Wind– 2023-06-03

We woke up this morning with calm flat seas watching the sunrise with a coffee. We started off today in the bay of Bahia Del Los Muertos looking for popcorn. There were some in that bay but the rest were at Punta Arenas.

There was a strong current running from the south through the channel. The weather has been so nice and it has been pretty warm during the day. The water temp is getting warmer 75F and the visibility is 60ft.

Today so far there were encounters with dolphins and some bait balls with all the birds diving down to get some of the meal.
