Captain’s Noon Reports – Mango Wind– 2024-05-05

Good afternoon people!!

So yesterday we arrived at marina don José early in the morning to say good bye to our guests.

Then we welcome aboard our guests that arrived at 7:00pm after presentation a briefing, we departed at 7:30pm and arrived at El Meritor at 9:30, it’s was a windy night so we took a bit longer than usual.

This morning Cornuda head out towards Cerrelvo channel where they found a nice group of mantas and had a chance to swim very calm with them. Only panga at sight, then they headed to Cerralvo island where they found a nice group of dolphins and swam with them.

We had a report of orcas close to the abandoned hotel so I alert Cornuda and headed that way. It seems that there are many boats on the area so they are waiting turns. Everything is going pretty good guests are excited and happy.

Weather conditions at the moment are very nice sunny skies mild wind from the north 6knts, air temp 30c.
