Captain’s Noon Reports – Mango Wind– 2025-06-24

Today’s report

After breakfast, the guests went out in search of móbulas in the Punta Perico area. The search was successful and they were able to make several jumps with the móbulas, enjoying a close and active experience with these animals.

Subsequently, they sailed two to three miles out to sea from Punta Arena and Punta Perico before returning to the boat in time for lunch.

After lunch, the guests decided to go out on the catamaran, hoist the sails and sail on the Mango Wind towards Punta Arena. The navigation was calm and pleasant. Finally, they anchored in front of Punta Arena to contemplate the sunset and enjoy an outdoor dinner.

Environmental conditions of the day:

• Air temperature: 31 °C

• Water temperature: 27 °C

• Wind direction: Northwest

• Wind speed: 10 to 12 knots

• Weather condition: Mostly clear sky, with constant breeze

This is how today ended.
