This morning, the guests left Punta Gorda heading to La Ventana and Punta Arena, where they spotted Mobulas and a blue whale. They sailed through Punta Perico and Ensenada de Muertos, without finding the initial goal, but seeing the blue whale again when they returned. Then they returned to the boat for lunch.

Today our plan was to do a morning manta swim which ends up to be very interesting because we found a massive school and we spend lots of time with them.

Some pangas where around but we were persistent and ended up with great jumps, great footage from our guests and lists of happy faces at the end of the day.

We started from El Saltito headed towards La Reina and on our way, we saw a big school of mobulas and of course we had to jump in with them,

Last day of our trip but never gave up and we got rewarded with 11 beautiful orcas that our spotter plane help to find.

Great morning dive with the sea lions at Saint Frank’s sea lions colony, and after that our guests came back to the MGW to leave the gear.

We started with some mobulas at Espiritu santo and then some dolphins at San Jose Island, also some marlins, turtles.

We started our day from El Saltito heading to the north along the coast, Cornuda spotted a huge school of mobulas at El Coyote.

Two humpback whales very playful they are spending some time with the humpies they found lots of fish and a couple of sea lions.

Today very nice day dive with sea lions, navigation to San Francisco, snorkel with sea lions, blue whale, dolphins and mobulas at El Embu do.

We have had a very nice morning, some action mantas on the south side of Cerralvo, dolphins, mobulas, blue whale.

We had lots of luck the day before. They got to see a bride whale, common dolphins, turtles, and some mobulas around the area.

They found a nice pod of dolphins. It was very calm so our guests had a nice swim with them. We had a report of some whales further south but we had no luck.

We spotted a massive school of mobulas to which we didn’t hesitate and jumped in with them. Cornuda stayed and Mango continue navigation to El Saltito.

Mango followed and both search the Cerralvo Chanel, we had a blue whale and some dolphins but they were not interested in them.

According to Willy they have spotted some schools of mobulas and a pod of dolphins so far.

So our guests wanted to snorkel at Los Islotes, the also found a big school of mobulas close by El Embudo.

Galant Lady headed south in search of the sneaky orcas. On their way they found pods of mobulas and a mola mola.

Humpbacks breaching, a shy Pygmy sperm whale which a rare sighting, a fun pod of common dolphins, and lots of mobula action.

Lots of activity around south tip of Cerralvo with blues, hupies, brides and mobulas. Cornuda is out searching and giving all the info they are having.

So Cornuda is already ahead and already jump with a nice school of mobulas this morning and now they are heading deeper south all the way to El Cardonal.

We had a report of a whale shark not too far from where they were so I gave them the news and headed that way.

After lunch our guests decided to spend some time at Mango and doing some activities around the bay. Guests are happy and enjoying their last days on board.

Sightings of mobulas, devil rays, a couple of sharks along with devil rays blue whales, lots of dolphins, and many more critters.

Cornuda headed south this morning and found a small group of dwarf sperm whales, mobulas, and a blue whale.

MGW had spotted one whale some mobulas, on our way to Bahia de los Muertos. Cornuda in the other hand had a good morning swim with the group of mobulas.

Cornuda head out towards Cerrelvo channel where they found a nice group of mantas and had a chance to swim very calm with them

We heard on the radio between Gallant Lady and Cornuda both have found some orcas, mantas, and possible sperm whales.

We found a big group of dolphins and in the group, we also saw a couple of sea lions and two silky sharks.

Searching for any critters around the area so far we have seen a couple of devil rays jumping, a marlin, some kiteboarders, and pretty much it.

Early in the morning, we set the tent chairs and table for our guests and after breakfast they just went to the beach and spend all morning.

At the moment they are enjoying themselves on board the MGW sunbathing, playing board games. It actually could be a great idea to have onboard games.

They went thru La Partida channel from the east side to the west side, they took a shade, beach chairs, kayaks, cooler, snacks, and their snorkel gear.

We hankered at Los Islotes and had a swim with the sea lions, they a great interaction with the pups. This was their first time swimming and interacting with these specimens.

Our plan is to spend our first night at Mérito, have a nice dinner, and have some rest so we can start our adventure tomorrow in the morning.

We encountered a misplaced humpback, some scattered mobulas and a small pack of dolphins between Candelero and la Dispensa.

The family is very excited about going in and snorkelling with the sea lions but after gearing up and a briefing from Juan.

This morning, we woke up at Balandra Bay, at the moment our guests are enjoying themselves at the beach.

The trip was a birthday gift so our chef Mily prepared something special for Madame Anne. And we sang happy birthday to her.

We also encountered different type of birds like frigates, pelicans, cormorants, sea gulls, blue footed boobies and more.

Today we are sailing to San Jose Island and do a little bit of cruising through the mangroves and do a bit of bird watching.

This morning we had a great start! We spotted around 10 blue whales around the area, some mobulas and some spine tail devil Rey’s.

We are ready to welcome our guests and after the welcome and presentation we will start our search for blue whales and other creatures.

We stayed on EnsenadaGrande´s Bay and had breakfast plus we also did a morning snorkel where they came out very excited because they saw a couple of stingrays, moray eels and reef fish.

We arrived at Los Islotes where we are doing two dives. The guests are enjoying the dives and also they are getting more skillful every day.

we arrived at la Lobera at 12:45pm and we will do a dive here. Then we will move to San Francisquito Bay to spend the rest of the day.

we spotted a group of orcas and decided to follow them on board the Mango Wind. So, we followed them all the way to the green buoy

It was good, lots of sea life with turtles and lots of fish. Water temp 26c vis 30ft. MW did go into the Bay of la paz to look for whales or orcas.

Encountered a massive school of dolphins with guests in the water with them. We also did a dive at Roca Montana, the water was clear 60ft vis lots of fish, lobsters, turtles, and morays

While guests were at the dive, they had an outstanding dive good vis lots of fish. we saw many mobulas and a big pod of dolphins in the Bahia De Los Muertos.

After breakfast, the guest left again and we encountered a massive pod of dolphins. We got to watch them jump so high in the wave of the boat.

There was a lot of other small interesting stuff to see such as the turtle bay, bird nesting mangroves, beautiful rock formations, and going to have lunch on the pristine beaches.

we got a hint that there were Orcas from a kind fisherman we headed out and sure enough, there were 9 orcas. Today we started at Bajia De Los Muertos to look for mobulas and we found the mobulas this morning.

we got the coordinates and got the panga to go there first. Sure, there was the sperm whale blowing all around us. The guest stayed with the whale from 9 to 5.30

The sighting today was a pod of dolphins, and a ton load of birds diving eating sardines, and turtles.

They found 2 massive pods of dolphins common and bottlenose. They were really playful jumping around so much and while in the water they were checking out the snorkeler.

the panga went to El Pardito to snorkel with the sea lions. we spotted a Minki whale so the guest went to see the whale while the MW headed to La Bonaza to anchor for the night.

They were feeding on a big kill, they stayed the entire day at the same spot for hours. Just before sighting the Orcas, we saw a sunfish MOLAMOLA about 5 ft in length, one of the biggest ones I have ever seen.

There were 8 orcas together heading southeast. They met up with a big pod of dolphins that tried getting away by jumping running around

We had an early start today at 6.30 am to start off with the Mobulas. It was a little slow morning but found a school of mobulas at mid-morning.

They had a blast with lots of dolphins and sea lions at La Reina. MW meet up with the panga at Punta Arenas while they were playing with the mobulas.

they saw a big pod of dolphins and they got in and got a close-up view. It was a long day of lots of stuff a good view plus the geography of the island is so amazing.

we got info about a gray whale so everyone hurried and got ready and away the panga went to see the whale. They were with it for like an hour or so with the solo whale

They found a nice big school. While doing so we got info on a humpback that was around so we went to see it. We started to head out to look for Orcas.

The Panga was with the Mobulas in the Bahia De Los Muertos where they had a close-up encounter with a massive school of mobulas.

The dive with the sea lions, we saw the Mobulas, better known as Popcorn. All the guests were happy and excited about going to see the sea lions.

Today so far there were encounters with dolphins and some bait balls with all the birds diving down to get some of the meal.

The mobulas sounded like popcorn popping all over. Had some dolphin playing today also. The guests really wanted to see the snorkelers so they got into the water and sure enough, the dolphins were waiting for them.

We started the day at 6.45 to hang out with the mobulas but not much popping around. This afternoon when the guests got in the water, some dolphins and a few Mobulas surfaced before us.

they spotted a gray whale right near Punta Arenas Cove. Immediately after, there was a sighting of a baby whale shark in Ventana Bay. Our panga came and had a close look.

This morning we started at 6.30 with the mobulas and dolphins. Westerly was at Punta arenas with the mobulas and big school of skip jack.

The water temp was 22C visibility was 8 meters and there were a lot of baby sea lions playing around with the divers the entire dive.

There was communication on the radio of a pod of sperm whales in front of Punta Perico so the panga went out and found them. The guests had a really good encounter with the sperm whales this entire trip.

he noticed a big whale shark appear beside the boat. He called us while we were preparing dive gear and everyone dropped that to go see the whale shark.

they were off the MW looking for mobulas. They were with the mobulas that were swimming and hanging around for over an hour.

yesterday was a day of variety that started with a humpback whale breach at Punta Coyote. The guests were waiting for the whale to play

the spotter plane contacted us and spotted a Humpback whale. We coordinated with it and headed toward the position. Found the single Humpback so we followed it and had some good close-up encounters.

This morning we still had a choppy sea so the panga stayed inside the bay. They found a school of mobulas that were very playful.

They encountered a big school of mobulas in Bahia de los Muertos with some bottlenose dolphins. While the MW headed out about 3nm from the coast 1 panga from La Ventana reported a big whale shark.

The guests went to the beach to have lunch and want to go look for dolphins or whales now. Spotter plane gave us coordination of a Pod of dolphins so will head over there to play with them.

The guests did get to see sea lions and lots of fish. they went on the panga to look for whales but instead, they found lots of massive turtles.

This morning the panga headed to Punta Arenas in search of whales and found a blue whale a mom and a calf. We hear on the radio that we were with the blue whale and the rest of the pangas arrived in 45 mins.

We headed to Punta Arenas in search of mobula as guests wanted to see them as on the first day there were no mobulas. However, guests had the best experience with a big female whale shark that was pregnant.
